- PRICES
- All prices on the SENDOL:BOUTIQUE STORE are given in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are shown inclusive of UK sales tax but exclusive of delivery costs, this will be added at the checkout.
- SENDOL:BOUTIQUE has no control over any customs or import duties that could be added when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable. Please contact us at info@sendol.co.uk if you are unsure about any import tax duties.
- All payment are to be made through PAYPAL, PAYPAL is one of the most secure ways to make payments online and you don’t need to have a PAYPAL account to make single payments. All prices can be changed at any moment by SENDOL:BOUTIQUE.
- POSTAGE / SHIPPING
- UK Royal mail - “signed for” £2.50 (Free shipping all of December 2009 UK only)
- European - “signed for” £8.00 (Flat rate)
- International _ “signed for” £10.00 (Flat rate)
- UK Royal mail - “signed for” with proof of posting, signature on arrival and online confirmation of delivery, and your delivery is easy to trace. Most First Class Recorded items arrive within 3-4 working days.

- Orders placed after 3pm will be not be shipped until the next day.
- Royal mail – European / international “signed for”
- take advantage of the global reach and reassurance that royal mail international signed for service offers. With international signed for a signature will be taken for your item on delivery at its destination. Delivery to just about anywhere in the world. Orders placed after 3pm will be not be shipped until the next day.
- REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
- If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, it can be returned or exchanged. SENDOL:BOUTIQUE will only accept items returned in their original (as good as new) sale condition, with all tags attached and packaging still sealed (applicable to certain items). If items are received by us that are damaged in anyway then the refund or exchange will not be given.
- REFUNDS:
- If you wish to return your item and receive a full refund, items need to be returned and reach us within 7 days of being received by you (14 days if different country). Please don’t just send the item back please email info@sendol.co.uk for a “refund item” form. Please allow up to 30 days before the amount is shown in you bank account.
- EXCHANGES:
- If you wish to exchange any item you have up to 7 days for the item to reach us (14 days if different country) Please email us before sending the item back at info@sendol.co.uk to receive a “exchange” form. Please read extra carefully with the info below about the postage details.
- *Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an RETURN OR EXCHANGE are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred via PAYPAL. Once this is received the exchanged item will be posted immediately.
- Also note that if you are returning any goods back to the store for a RETURN or a EXCHANGE, the item(s) is your sole responsibility until that item(s) is in the premises of SENDOL:BOUTIQUE. If items get lost in transit SENDOL:BOUTIQUE will NOT be held responsible.
- AVAILABILITY
- SENDOL:BOUTIQUE will endeavour to keep the website as up to date as possible and make sure all items are in stock at any given moment. However we cannot guarantee that items shown are still available. If an order is received and the item is no longer in stock you will be informed of this within (1 business day) of the order being placed with the option to cancel the order or have an alternative item.
